Description: Protected species by community law (Habitats Directive). Bulbous plant with light green and semi-cylindrical leaves. The flowers, usually from 1 to 3, can be white, yellow or white yellow with the umbrella shape.

Habitat:  Meadows, heath glades, broom fields, holm oak groves or pine woods and in rocky outcrops, of schist or granitic.

Where to find in the Arouca Geopark: Adaúfe, Espinho, Detrelo da Malhada (G1), Mizarela (PR 7), S. Pedro Velho (G3).
