Description: Perennial herbaceous plant with short rhizome. The fronds are laid in a dense tuff, with short petioles, dark brown, brilliant and hairless. The blade is linear-oblong, pinnate. The sori are small and linear.

Habitat: Cracks in the rocks, walls and mortared walls, and sometimes in the woods.
