Casa dos Bifes Silva

Alvarenga, besides being considered by its inhabitants as the «capital of the world», it is also described as the «princess of Paiva» and the «capital of the steak». In fact, the Alvarenga steak is an unavoidable icon of the Arouca gastronomy. The Casa Silva is one of the places where the steak has a main role, without forgetting the roast veal and the other traditional dishes.
